Description
The Keysight Technologies, Inc. 33500B Series of Waveform Generators with exclusive Trueform Technology offer more capability, fidelity and flexibility than traditional DDS waveform generators. Trueform offers precise, low-noise signals with the lowest jitter and harmonic distortion in its class. Create full bandwidth sine and square waves with Trueform generators.
Standard waveforms such as sine, square, ramp, pulse, triangle, PRBS, and Gaussian Noise, are built in. Built-in modulations include AM, FM, PM, FSK, BPSK, Sum, and PWM.
