Product Overview
The Keithley 2700 combines a precision 6½‑digit (22‑bit) multimeter, data acquisition system, and switch platform in a compact half‑rack enclosure. It supports two Integra plug‑in modules, providing up to 80 differential channels—or up to 200 channels in larger configurations—for multiplexed measurements and routing. It offers lab-grade accuracy, integrated switching, statistical analysis, and onboard memory, delivering a single-instrument solution that replaces separate DMMs, DAQ cards, and switch systems.

True 6½‑Digit Precision
Offers 22‑bit resolution for voltage, current, resistance, frequency, period, temperature, and continuity measurements. It delivers up to 10× better performance compared to typical 5½‑digit instruments.
High Channel Density
Supports up to two Integra modules including switch and measurement modules, enabling 80 differential input channels with 1000 V isolation.
Integrated Switching & Signal Routing
Plug-in modules offer DC, AC, thermocouple, RTD, thermistor, event counting, open‑lead detection, and dry‑circuit ohms measurement. Digital I/O and analog output options support alarms, triggers, and control.
Fast Scan & Data Logging
Memory buffer stores up to 55,000 readings with timestamp. Scan rates up to 180 readings/sec in memory mode (bus mode up to 145/sec). Onboard stats include min, max, mean, and standard deviation.
Resilient & Intelligent Operation
Battery-backed memory protects scan configurations; open‑lead detection and relay cycle counters add robustness. Features selectable power‑line cycle integration to reduce noise.
